Workshops includes all materials and a copy of Sarah’s new book, Mindful Crafting (Leaping Hare Press).
Date: Sunday, October 21st
Time: 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Venue: Ashton Court
Working with clay is a beautiful way to get out of our heads and come more fully into the present moment, experiencing how we are when we are creating.
Whatever age you are, you may have picked up some resistance to creating freely. Perhaps an inner voice telling you that you are not good enough or that you can’t make mistakes.? As we enjoy making with clay, this session will bring awareness to what might be holding us back in our making and help us to move through this to experience creative flow. When we apply this learning to our lives, the potential is limitless.
Everyone is welcome – whether or not you deem yourself to be creative, mindful, an adult or a child! Each participant will make at least two items with clay to take home.
