When your body says no, it’s not giving up.
It’s calling you home.
Back to the life force you learned to tame and the desire you silenced to please.
A wild knowing, low in your belly, whispers: This isn’t it.
Maybe it starts with exhaustion that sleep doesn’t touch.
Or the hot flash rising mid-meeting, mid-sentence, your face suddenly lit from within. You smile and push through, because that’s what you’ve always done.
But something in you has stopped cooperating, much as you want things to keep going as usual.
You wake at 3am, wired, your body alert to something you can’t name.
You walk into a room and forget why.
Forget the word, the date, the name of the friend you’ve known for twenty years.
No inspiration for what to cook. Not even the energy to care.
Your waistband digs in. Your tolerance thins.
You scroll past Davina’s abs on Instagram, think maybe I should...and just as quickly, laugh at the absurdity.
Not because you’ve given up…because you’re done perfecting, pleasing, conforming.
This isn’t giving up. It’s your body rejecting what is no longer yours to carry.
You’ve outgrown the role of the one who holds it all.
The capable one. The responsible one. The one who swallows her truth to keep the peace…as her jaw tightens.
And now?
What’s rising isn’t contained and it doesn’t need to be corrected.
It wants to be met.
The rage that flares isn’t a problem to solve. It’s a pulse of truth.
The exhaustion isn’t failure. It’s your system recalibrating.
The disinterest, isn’t depression, it’s clarity.
This is the initiation no one warned you about.
Where rest becomes essential and niceness grows fierce.
Where your body becomes the most honest thing you know.
And slowly, something else awakens.
Not the old drive to please, help or prove, but a different kind of fire.
Maybe it snarls, maybe it aches, maybe it’s ravenous enough to make your breath hoarse.
A wanting that belongs only to you, humming in your bones for the sheer fact of being here.
This is the moment you stop doubting and start listening.
This isn’t the end, a breakdown or a phase to fix.
It’s a return.
If you’re a woman standing at the edge of what no longer works…
This work is your invitation to stop coping and start coming home.
If something in you stirred
a sigh, a tear, a breath…
you are welcome here.

Start coming home….
Not through a plan, clean eating or cold showers.
This is not about balance.
This is about truth.
Your body’s truth
The truth your body speaks
when it clenches, aches, recoils, longs.
The truth that perimenopause isn’t a breakdown.
It’s a reckoning.
It is meeting yourself without performance.
Without permission.
Without apology.
A time when you are called
to face what is no longer yours to hold
the weight you carried to stay loved, safe, good.
Patterns born in trauma,
now ready to release.
What This Work Is
Start Coming Home is a body-led descent.
A somatic, trauma-informed return to what’s most alive in you.
Here, we let the body lead.
We listen to its timing.
We unhook from pressure and push.
We learn the difference between collapse and surrender.
Between shutting down and dropping in.
And When I Say Erotic…
I don’t mean sex, though sex may live there.
I mean truth that tingles.
Hunger without shame.
Desire without permission.
I mean the heat of saying no without a reason.
Biting into a peach and letting the juice run.
Climbing a mountain and screaming your name.
I mean the part of you that wants to feel
lit up, turned on, and entirely your own,
for no one’s gaze but your own.
Because when you follow that thread,
the one made of breath, desire, and sensation
you don’t just feel better.
You feel alive.
Awake.
On purpose.
Here.
And finally,
you’re living your life as you.
That’s the point.
That’s what you’re here for.

The Body Knows: A Free Journey Through Perimenopause
A 4-Part Return to Yourself
Perimenopause isn’t a breakdown. It’s a return. This is a self-paced, body-led journey to help you understand what’s surfacing now and why your body knows exactly what it’s doing.
Here’s what you’ll receive:
① The Quiz
Uncover the lifelong pattern your nervous system adapted to for safety - and how it may be unraveling now.
② The Pattern You Carried All Your Life
Trace the roots of that pattern to your early environment. See how your body learned to hold it—and why it’s rising now.
③ Your Body Remembers What Your Mind Forgot
Reframe your symptoms as messages. Explore how your body is trying to feel, not fail.
④ The Erotic Compass
Aliveness is not a luxury. It’s a compass. Return to the deeper current of truth beneath all the shedding.
Offerings Coming Soon
This work is still unfolding and already alive.
Over the next few months, I’ll be opening:
A small, live group experience for women moving through the fire
A seven day retreat in Crete in November 2025
One-to-one spaces for those ready to stop overriding and start listening
If you feel the pull - subtle or strong - you’re welcome to come closer.

Hi, I’m Sarah…
Two months before I was due to run a retreat, I cancelled it. Not because I didn’t care. Because I did.
I realised it wasn’t a hell yes - it made sense but didn’t excite me. And I was done doing things for any other reason.
So much of my life had been full of things that didn’t really turn me on.
That moment, I realised: I can’t do that anymore.
For years, I supported others in navigating trauma, healing, and identity.
I trained in breathwork, Internal Family Systems, and somatic work.
I led retreats. I held space. I wrote books.
But perimenopause brought a deeper initiation.
My body said no—
to overgiving, overthinking, and overriding.
And after a long time resisting,
I began to listen.
Something raw, alive, and unapologetically true began to rise.
It wasn’t always graceful.
Sometimes it came as rage, or bone-deep fatigue.
Sometimes it showed up as desire that felt too wild.
Sometimes as silence that felt sacred.
Now, I feel more at home in my body than I ever have.
This is what coming home looks like for me.
Not because it’s easy or I’m perfect,
but because it’s mine.
I care less what others think,
and more about staying close to what’s real.
I’m evolving into someone who:
Moves at the pace of presence, not pressure
Chooses truth over performance
Leads from embodiment, not effort
Listens to what contracts just as much as what expands
No longer softens her edges to be liked
I’m not here to fix women. I’m here to hold space for what happens when they stop fixing themselves.
If my story speaks to yours - you’re already on the path.
I’d love to walk a while with you.
